Operations platform for a delivery company

A multi-tenant platform in Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL that runs the company's orders, couriers and cash every day: a dashboard where the operator creates and assigns orders, a phone app where couriers update each order and leave proof of delivery, and WhatsApp and Telegram channels. I also host, monitor and back it up. It runs under a signed contract, invoiced every month.
